Mainstays

Quad

Concord only

Quad or "Quadruple" is a dark and bold Belgian style ale. Made with all Belgian malts, it is rich and malty with deep amber coloring. Enjoy notes of dark sugar, raisin, date, cherry and plum. Lighter in body with noticeable but subtle alcohol warmth, it’s a complex beer to enjoy.

Belgian IPA

Concord only

Styles collide in this Belgian/American IPA mash-up with flavorful pale malts from Belgium, a healthy dose of Cascade and El Dorado hops from the US and Belgian yeast to tie it all together. Smooth and fruity with an almost candy-like finish balanced with a light bitterness.

Rapscallion IPA

A recipe driven by patron feedback resulting from a series of IPAs.

abv: 6%

HOPS: Centennial, Ella, Glacier and Azacca

Red

A classic Irish-style red ale.

abv: 5.6%

HOPS: Tettnanger, Willamette

Session IPA

A light session IPA added in honor of our Acton location.

Rye IPA

An ale made with 30% rye malt and five different varieties of hops.

Blonde

A Belgian-inspired golden ale made with coriander, orange peel and spices.

HOPS: Nugget, Saaz, Cascade

Lager

A crisp American lager first brewed in 1898 by Harvard Brewing Company. The oldest beer recipe in Massachusetts.

Honey

Our flagship beer. An extra pale ale brewed with wildflower honey; not sweet, a refreshing session ale.

NE IPA

SUMMER

Our first New England IPA made for Hop Head Fest and retained due to popularity. Showcasing big bright tropical hop flavors and aromas from plenty of Citra, Mosaic and El Dorado hops. Juicy and hazy.

Opacum Ale

Summer

A classic American amber ale made with Nugget and Willamette hops that’s mellow, smooth and refreshing. $1 per pint goes to local land conservation efforts.

Coffee Stout

Fall/Winter/Spring

A dark, roasty stout brewed with organic Mexican dark roast beans from Sturbridge Coffee Roasters.

O-Fest

Fall

A traditional German style Marzen.

Gose

Summer

A tart ale based on a German recipe. Made with pink sea salt.

Noble Birch

Fall/Winter

A special braggot ale brewed with honey, malt, birch sap, and birch twigs. All ingredients were gathered by Sturbridge Mug Club member Randy Noble. Slightly sweet with a strong wintergreen nose.

Blueberry

Spring/Summer/Fall

A refreshing pale ale with a balanced blueberry flavor.

White

Spring/Summer

A Belgian style wit made with lemongrass, bitter and sweet orange peel, coriander and cardamom.

Porter

Winter

Classic, robust, smooth dark ale with chocolate notes.

Black IPA

A dark, robust ale made with hops from Four Star Farms in Northfield, MA.
