Rapscallion – Front of House (Servers/Bartenders)
Rapscallion (Acton/Concord) is hiring full-time positions for the front of the house.
We’re seeking experienced servers and bartenders to join our team. We are a family-run establishment with years of experience in the restaurant industry.
The ideal candidate will be motivated, energetic, hard-working, clean, friendly, have a love of food, and a passion for hospitality and service. Rapscallion prides itself on hospitality. A commitment to service will be your number one priority, with a strong emphasis on being knowledgeable in your role. We are looking for someone with knowledge of the restaurant industry that is willing and eager to be cross-trained on all platforms. Candidates with experience as a server and bartending preferred.
Two plus years of experience in a restaurant or similar setting required.
Rapscallion – Back of House (Line Cook)
Rapscallion (Acton/Concord) is currently hiring for part-time positions for the back of the house.
We’re seeking experienced line cooks to join our team. We are a family-run establishment with years of experience in the restaurant industry.
The ideal candidate will be a hard worker that loves food and wants to learn more about cooking. This person should be able to multi-task and do different jobs including prep work, working on a line and executing tickets properly, and be a team player who is willing to help prepare dishes as necessary.
This is a part-time position that would be 3-4 nights a week 25-30 hours with the potential for more hours in the future.
Ideally should have at least 1-year of experience working in a busy scratch kitchen and the ability to follow Chefs recipes exactly as directed. A working interview will involve working with the Chef and Sous Chef for a shift to evaluate the required skills. Pay commensurate with experience.

Rapscallion – Bartenders
Rapscallion is currently hiring experienced, detail-oriented bartenders to join our dynamic team.
Candidates will be providing customer service in Rapscallion’s taproom. They will work as scheduled, with the ability to work nights and weekends, and thrive in a fast-paced workplace. Responsibilities will include serving beer for consumption on-premise, selling to-go cans for consumption off-premise, communicating aspects of our beer to patrons and mug club members, and collecting payment for the product, along with other duties as assigned.
Candidates must be 21+ and hold proper certifications (TIPS certified)
